As Portfolio Manager, Isaac collaborates with community partners, grantees, funders, and public agencies to align philanthropic investments with data-driven strategies that expand access to high-quality education and strengthen pathways to family-sustaining employment in Central Indiana and the communities where Glick properties are located.
Isaac’s background blends philanthropy, youth and community development, and nonprofit management. He is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations build capacity, strengthen partnerships, and advance equitable outcomes that drive meaningful social change.
Before joining Glick Philanthropies, Isaac served as Organizational Development Director at United Way of Central Indiana, where he led initiatives to strengthen the region’s human services sector. Previously, he was the Philanthropy and Programs Coordinator at Strada Education Foundation, where he managed and supported major grantmaking initiatives to improve postsecondary outcomes for students facing the greatest barriers.
Isaac is deeply involved in the Central Indiana community, serving on the boards of the Jewish Community Relations Council and Girl Scouts of Central Indiana, as well as the Director of the Caroline Symmes Children’s Cancer Endowment Teen Board.
He graduated from Davidson College with a degree in Education and Community Studies, holds a Nonprofit Executive Leadership Certificate from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, and completed his Master of Public Affairs (MPA) with a concentration in nonprofit management from Indiana University. In 2024, Isaac was honored as one of the Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis’ 36 Under 36.
Outside of work, Isaac enjoys adding to his record collection, supporting Indy’s sports teams, and spending time at home with his partner, Jessy, and their two cats, Norman and Leonard.
