Prior to joining Glick Philanthropies, Jennifer served as CEO of Second Helpings. As CEO, she doubled the organization’s hunger relief capacity and formed strategic partnerships to broaden the response to hunger and poverty throughout Central Indiana.

Before coming to Second Helpings, Jennifer worked in human resources and labor relations and previously served as Indiana State Personnel Director and Vice President of Human Resources for Support Net, Inc.

Recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal as a “Woman of Influence”, Jennifer currently serves on the Board of Directors of Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation and her previous community leadership includes the Board of Directors of the Indiana Repertory Theatre, the Local Organizing Committee for the Big Ten Football Championship, and the United Way’s Agency Executive Committee, among others. She is frequently called upon to advise community organizations on philanthropy, food insecurity, and not-for-profit leadership and has presented at national conferences for Make-A-Wish, the Philanthropy Roundtable, and The National Alliance to End Hunger’s Hunger-Free Communities Summit.

A native of Cleveland, Vigran is a graduate of Wellesley College with a Master of Labor and Human Resources degree from The Ohio State University.

Jennifer and her husband, Gary, live in Indianapolis where they’re adjusting to their lives as empty nesters. When not working with Glick Philanthropies and community organizations, Jennifer is enrolled in the Ivy Tech culinary program, honing her cooking skills, and still in pursuit of the perfect pie crust.
