Marianne Glick is the board chair of the Glick Family Foundation, a charitable initiative of Glick Philanthropies focused on building community and creating opportunity in places where the Gene B. Glick Company operates.
Marianne’s personal mission is to ignite, inspire, and direct energy for positive action. She has carried on the legacy of her parents, Indianapolis real estate titans Eugene and Marilyn Glick, and the mission of the Gene B. Glick Company through countless investments to enhance education, self-sufficiency, and quality of life in Central Indiana.
Marianne is retired as president of Glick Training Associates, a firm she founded in 1986 to assist organizations in enhancing employee productivity and effectiveness. She is an accomplished artist with paintings being accepted into juried competitions and winning awards in Indiana, Michigan, Illinois and Florida.
Glick also serves on the board of directors for the Gene B. Glick Company, Glick Housing Foundation, Central Indiana Community Foundation, Indiana Conference for Women, RISE INDY, and the State Board of Trustees for Ivy Tech Community College. She is president of the TeenWorks Board of Directors. She has served on the boards for United Way of Central Indiana, Goodwill Industries of Central and Southern Indiana, IUPUI Board of Advisors, Women‘s Hospital, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, Habitat for Humanity, Women’s Fund, Ball State University Board of Trustees, and Ascend Indiana.
She received her bachelor‘s degree in elementary education and master’s degree in educational psychology from Butler University.
