She has been with the Glick team since 1989, serving in a variety of roles from accounting to property management.  

Stephanie is a trustee for Green Township in Hancock County, Indiana, a Hancock County 4-H leader (where her children were ten-year members), and previously served on the boards of the Hancock County 4-H Agriculture Association and Leadership Hancock County. She also supports the Greenfield Central FFA chapter. She recently completed a civics course with the Hancock County Community Foundation to learn more about her community and nonprofits in the area. Stephanie graduated from International Business College with an associate degree in accounting.  

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys taking care of her family farm of Boer goats, llamas, and chickens with her husband, Jay. If you’re looking for creative animal costume ideas, Stephanie is your person as she helped her daughters come up with 20 different llama costumes for 4-H competitions over the years.
