Who We Are
Having grown up during the Great Depression and helped liberate Dachau concentration camp at the end of World War II, Eugene B. Glick saw enough poverty and human suffering to last a lifetime. Gene’s firsthand experience became the foundation for his life’s work and continues to influence the direction of Glick Philanthropies today. It also helped him understand the importance of being a part of something larger than oneself – and how those experiences transform lives and create opportunities for generations to come.
About Glick Philanthropies
Glick Philanthropies is an Indianapolis-based family of charitable initiatives dedicated to building community and creating opportunity that empowers every person to reach their full potential.
